D.C. 20555. The following dedaration should ac-cornpany cer be placed on the Shipper's Export Declarations for such exports "This shipment is being made pursuant to specific license number (specific license number) filed at (location of Custorns office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). Th's license expires on (expiration date of licenso), and the unshipped balance remcnning on this license is suf ficient to cover the shiprnent descobed on this declaration.
