We have reviewed the subject Cooperative Agreement file documentation and have determined that all actions have been completed.
Total consideration in the amount of $196,266.94 has been received by George Mason University for services rendered. A deobligation to the agreement in the amount of $2,782.16 is being accomplished by the enclosed unilateral Modification 7.
