The purpose of the modification is to extend the period of perforTnance in order that the Contractor can complete the work required to develop and implement Full IFMIS in accordance with the terms of the contract. The arrangements and procedures for completion of this work shall be based on the following:
- 1. In early Fiscal Year 1986, the NRC will furnish to the Contractor the specific technical guidance on the remaining modules and programs that constitute Full IFMIS. After the Contractor's receipt of this technical information, the Contractor shall provide a written detailed estimate of the cost involved to complete the project. The Contractor shall not comence work until approval has been given by the Project Officer.

- 2. The anticipated date for completion of the above effort is June 30, 1986.
This date is based on the anticipated time for receipt of the specific technical guidance and commencement of any work. Therefore, the following revision is necessary to accommodate complete performance.
Article II, Period of Performance, is deleted in its entirety, and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" ARTICLE II - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The performance of work as described in Article I hereof shall commence on May 1, 1981, and shall continue to June 30, 1986."
- 3. Upon negotiations and acceptance of the estimated cost for performance of the work, the contract shall be modified with respect to schedules and funding for completion of Full IFMIS.
- 4. Under Article XI, Project Officer, the name " Guy Wright" is deleted and the name " John Burton" is substituted in lieu thereof.
