The Nspection was en examination of the activPies conducted under your license os they relate to radiation eefety and to compliance with the Nuclecr Reputtory Commisson) (NRC) rules and regulations and the conditions of your licones. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and esentative records, intervism, with personnel, and observations by the inspector. The findings as a result of this inspection are as f ollows:
