As a result of this change the monthly recurring prices for port access shall be increased by a total amount ,
of $400.00 per month. This increase in cost for extra port access shall be effective starting in the first month that the additional port access is available to the NRC. For the month when the i additional access comences, the increase shall be prorated, based upon the number of days the !
additional 2 ports have been available, versus ne total days in the month.
As a result of the above the contract is changed as stated below:
