I am writing to return to you the STEP source holder packed with its )
1 accessories in the storage case and the gantry-source holder adopter assembly which were sent to us on March 7, 1995. We were able to follow the Picker device evaluation report dated February 14, 1995, to disassemble the device in examining its mechanical and construction details.
We would like to thank you for making these loaners available to us in a very ,
short notice. They have greatly facilitated our radiation safety evaluation i and registration of the Model STEP transmission line source holding device to l be used in SPECT imaging procedures. l We have completed the device review and a copy of registration certificate NR- l
