i This refers to your January 15,1997 written report regarding an explanted nuclear-powered pacemaker (Cordis Omni-Stanicor, SN 184A-631). Your report indicated that the device was explanted on December 31,1996. The device was shipped to Telectronics Pacing Systems on January 10,1997, without incident.
