I would like to exam ine all disclosable information from 1930 up to the date you receive this letter c o n c e r n i n c, :
- 1. Any disaster, possibility of nuclear disaster /s, nuclear accidents or plans to deal with such including but not limited to the Three 11ile Island events, and
- 2. Information concerning the actual or potential use or manufacturing of nuclear materials, nuclear weapons or nuclear related research in the United States.
I req ue s t that you waive any applicable fee since disclosure meets the s t a tutory standard standard for waiver of fees in that release would be in the public interest because:
The information sought will be used to present a paper on the topic of Jews and the Nuclear Situation from 1930 till the Present to the Jewish Folkshul of Philadelphia.
If your decision is not to waive any. applicable fee I r eq ue s t that you inform me of all costs prior to providing me with the materials, I expect to exanine all materials at a Federal reading room and then to order copies of any documents that I want.
