In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this l
letter definitizes Task Order No.1. This effort shall be performed in .
l accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical l proposal submitted with the proposal for the basic contract award. The l effective date of this task order shall be May 27, 1997.
Task Order No.1 shall be in effect from May 27, 1997 through September 26.
