Enclosed is the NRC license amendment which you requested.
Please review the enclosed document carefully and be sure that you understand
all conditions. If there are any errors or questions, please notify us 'so
that we can provide appropriate corrections and answers.
Please note that minor changes have been made to your license to make it
consistent with current NRC policy. Particularly, License Condition 11.,
which was previously listed on the license, was deleted since it merely
referenced regulations. Condition 17, (Amendment No. 1) was added to your
license.
Finally, you should note that Gulf Nuclear Model VL-1 sources are currently
authorized by Subitem C. There is no limit on the number of these sources you
may possess, as long as the 100 millicurie per source limit is not exceeded.

reference your license and docket numbers to expedite your inquiry.
