Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10 CFR 55.23 and 10 CFR 55.33, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) is submitting a revised Certification of Medical Examination form (Form 396) for the licensees listed below and on the attached page. A review of medical records indicates that these licensees are being treated for hypertension.
Therefore, SNC requests that the individual's licenses be amended to reflect this change in status. .
