This modification is issued for the purpose of incorporating $5,000.00 for travel costs associated with courses presented at Regions. The following changes are hereby incorporated:

1. Section B.1 - Brief Description of Work is modified to include the following Item No. 11.

2. Under Section B.2 - Consideration and Obligation, the first sentence of paragraph a. is revised to read as follows:

"a. The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $213,294.00"

3. Under Section C.l.6 - Course Times & Places, the last paragraph of paragraph d. is revised to read as follows:

"In the event that such a requirement occurs, the cost of each course shall be as specified in Section B.1 plus travel & perdiem reimburseable in accordance with cost limitations as determined by the Federal Travel Regulations in effect on the -

date of the trip."

4. Section G.5 -' Travel Reimbursement with a Ceiling ~on Cost is hereby incorporated:

"G.5 Travel Reimbursement with a Ceiling on Cost

a. Total expenditure for domestic travel shall not exceed $5,000.00 without the prior approval of the Contracting Officer. ,
