SCHEDULE FOR PEEPARATION AND S'UEMISSION OF TifE EOARD'S REPORT OU THE PROPOSED CLEARANCE RULE: AUTHORIZATION FOR ACCESS TO OR CONTROL OVER SMM, RM-50-7 The record of the hearing closed on September 22, 1978.

Euring October and November, Board members will be working individually and meeting from time to time as it appears to be useful.

The Board will meet in Washington in December to complete its work and er.pects to submit its report no later than close of business Friday, December 29, 1978. Pursuant to the Ccamission's request of August 31, 1978, the report will include:

(1) the record of the proceeding; (2) an identification of the major issues raised at the hearing; (3) a surrary of the record of the proceeding, cross-referenced to the issues identified in the Cennis-l sion's December 28, 1977 "otice of Hearing and issues identified by the Board in (2) above; and l (4) the Board's reco=endation on:

l (1) resolution of the major issues of the proceeding; (ii) adopticn of the proposed rule.
