Dear Mr. Wilson:
Your Quality Assurance (0A) Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages I No. 0632 expires on July 31, 1997. I If you are a Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71, or if you are an Agreement State licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71. you are required by 10 CFR S 150.20 to implement a OA Program ap] roved by the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 C R Part 71. You i should request renewal of your QA Program at least 30 days before the expiration date. This will provide for continuation of your QA Program to satisfy certain provisions of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 until a final determination has been made on your application. '
Please note that there is no fee required for renewal.
If you do not desire to renew your QA Program, please let me know.
