. Amendment to Facility Operating License License Change Request 96-05 The subject request was submitted to il,e NRC by PSE&G letter dated February 11,1997.
The request proposes to modify Sections 3/4.8.1,6.8, and Bases 3/4.8 of the Hope Creek Generating 4
Station (HCGS) Technical Specifications to allow a change to the Emergency Diesel Generator fuel
- oil testing program. ;
l The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection s Bureau of Nuclear Engineering i has reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91 (b). The State of New Jersey has determined that this change has minimal impact to plant safety and, therefore, has no l ,j comments.
