REVIEW OF FINAL MARYLAND REGULATIONS 1
l In our February 28,1997 memorandum (and the proposed final report for the Maryland '
IMPEP review enclosed with that memorandum), we indicated that compatibility issues had ]
been identified in sections of Maryland's currently effective regulations that would be documented in a separate letter to the State.
I have attached a copy of that separate letter dated February 28,1997, providing comments on their currently effective rules, as background for the MRB meeting on March 6,1997. We also received a copy of Maryland's final Part 36 equivalent regulations on February 28,1997. Staff is currently conducting a review of that rule, and expects to complete that review by the March 6,1997 MRB meeting.
