INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT Detween the Library of Congress and the U.S. Nuclear Reaulatory Commission I. PURPOSE This agreement provides that the aoove named organization (hereinafter
" member") be responsible for costs incurred as a participant in the Federal Library and Information Center Committee (FLICC)/ Federal Library anJ Infortnation Network (FEDLINK) group memoership contract with MEAD Data (LEXIS/NFYTS)

LC-3162 (contract numoer) for its llorary/information retrieval services.
II. PERIOD CD/ERED This agreement shall remain in effect during tne period October 1, 1985 througn September 30, 1986, or until amended by mutual consent.
III. REIMRRSEENTS The member agrees to transfer a total of $ 350.00 (CFE, line 3.8) into the working fund at the Library of Congress to provide:
$ (CFE, line 3.3) for anticipated use of the indicated library /information retrieval service (applicable only to transfer pay' accounts);

! $ ' 350.00 (CFE, line 3.4 + 3.45) for administrative costs to support FEDLI E operations; t
- $ (CFE, line 3.5) for tne administrative overhead assessed by l the Library or Congress (applicable only to transfer pay accounts).
All costs incurred in excess of this IAG amount will oe the ooligation of the member.

0 IV. SERVICES TO BE RDOERED FLICC/FEOLI E shall provide administrative service to the memoer as follows: facilitate the procurement of services and training for the member and other services mandated by the FEDLINK By-Laws.
V. AUTHORITY This agreement is made in accordance with the General Services Administration Delegation of Procurement Authority, numoer KMA-85-0439.
The funds transfer is authorized by the Economy Act (31 USC 1535 & 1536).
