AECM-82/437 On September 2, 1982, various five rated cable penetrations were -
discovered not to be sealed in several field termination cabinets located in the control room. A Limiting Condition for Operation was entered pursuant to T.S.3.7.7. Attached is LER-82/063/03 L-0.
