10 CFR 140.51, Scope

Provisions Applicable Only to Federal Agencies Scope This subpart applies only to persons found by the Commission to be Federal agencies, which have applied for or are holders of licenses issued pursuant to part 50 of this chapter authorizing operation of nuclear reactors.
Note: Federal agencies are not required to furnish financial protection.
