Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No.1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 Payment of Civil Penalty Gentlemen: -
Attached is a check in the amount of $50,000.00. This provides payment of the civil penalty imposed against Duquesne Light Company by the NRC for a violation which occurred during BVPS-1 startup activities following the 1984 refueling outage. The notice of violation and imposition of civil penalty was identified by letter dated March 19,1985 (Dr. T.E. Murley, NRC Region 1 to J. M. Arthur, DLC). Our response to the identified violation was provided under separate cover, dated April 11, 1985.
