Persons in charge admitted they did not know the exact reason for the I ! " Shut Downs." As recent as Sunday, March 1, there was a. shut down due to " Operator Error." - a-I In view of the recent multiple incidents, siren malfunction, ; l no evacuation road, etc., I think it is time the Board ask the ! e) Recommending that a copy of the Code cf Ethics and Implementation Guidelines submitted by the American Society for Public Administration be attached to each County employee's pay check. f) Recommending that the bidding process be valved for the purchase of the video equipment and accessories. g) Recommending that the Panasonic Video Camera and accessories be purchased from Durocher's TV and Appliance at a cost of $1.429.00.
