" ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES TO SECTION 6.0" In a letter dated'May 28, 1992. TVA submitted SQN's TS Change Reque-92-06.- Among other changes, pages 6-5 for both units 1 and 2 included a position title change in Section 6.2.3.4 from the Manager of Nuclear Managers keview Group to the Manager of Nuclear Reviews. Since thht time, an additional change to the title has occurred. That position title is Manager, Nuclear Experience Review / Independent Safety Engineering. The organizational structure and reporting relationship has not changed from that described in the May-28, 1992 letter or the TVA Organization opical-Report submitted to NRC on April 17, 1992.

The. justification and significant hazards evaluation provided in the May 20 request remain valid with this title change. All other changes in that submittal remain as submitted.

Marked copies of pages 6-5 for both nnits are enclosed.
