Dear Judge Brenner:
On or about Thursday, January 31, I was informed in a telephone call from NRC staff attorney Elaine Chan that the board had apparently entered some kind of scheduling order
- in this case on January 10. Although Timothy W. Wright and I, both of this office, entered our appearances in this matter several months ago, we were not served with the order, which I still have not received. (Upon checking with Ms. Chan, it seems the order was served on Ms. Jane Whicher, who withdrew her appearance in this case months ago and who is no longer with this office.)
I would very much appreciate your arranging for service on me of the order and instructing appropriate clerical or docketing personnel that service of all papers in this case should be directed to me and Mr. Wright.
