I can't sutttt, Newburyport R.E*.'R.P. to F.E.M.A. or N.R.C.
because of bein;:; uncompleted. I haven't received any routes, evacuation tice estimate, or guidelines.
We have not received any assurance that Peabody will be equipped to ' serve as a reception community for us, or that it has even agreed to do so.
I am asking for a extension on July 14, deadline, for resubmittion.
