Also attached is the statement of Professional Onalifica.tions of Dennis A. Klein which was inadvertently omitted from the testimony package. In addition, the following corrections should be made to the Applicant's testimony relating to Contention I-42:

1. In Applicant's Transmittal of Testimony Relating to Contention I-42, Environmental Qualification of Electrical Equipment, Item 2 should read

" Environmental Qualification Report, as revised by

transmittal from J.S. Kemper to A. Schwencer, (January 16 and February 16, 1984), already served on the Licensing Board and parties."
2. On page 18, the second line under " Code 3" should read: "prov-de cooling, lubrication, and energy"

i l PR9?ESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS DENNIS A. KLEIN SENIOR ENGINEER BECHTEL POWER CORPORATION My name is Dennis A. Klein. My business ~ address is P. O. Box 3965, San Francisco, California 94119.

I attended Seattle Pacific University from 1972 to 1976 and received a B.S. degree in Physics. I received a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1977. I am a registered Profes-sional Mechanical Engineer in the State of California.

I currently supervise the licensing group assigned to Limerick Generating Station. I have been employed by Bechtel Power Corporation since 1977. From 1977 to 1982, I worked as a mechanical design engineer on Limerick Generat-ing Station. My assignments included development of system design criteria, preparation of design documents, prepara-tion of FSAR sections, and coordination of various studies and programs. My assignments also included coordinating the development of environmental parameters for plant areas, and assisting in identifying the appropriate environmental requirements for electrical equipment which is important to safety.

From 1981 to present, I have supervised the Bechtel licensing group assigned to the Limerick Generating Station.

The responsibilities of the licensing group include inter-preting regulatory guidance and other licensing information

v for project personnel, assisting in the preparation of plant design criteria, and coordinating preparation in input to the FSAR and responses to NRC questions. During this period, I was also responsible for reviewing and approving changes to the Q-List, and for supervising the engineer responsible for coordinating the development of environ-mental parameters for plant areas, and assisting in identi-fying the appropriate environmental requirements for elec-trical equipment which is important to safety.
