Enclosed are copies of Revision 4 and Revision 5 to the Joseph M.
Farley Nuclear Plant Security Plan. Revision 4 incorporates changes that reflect guidance given in Review Guideline No. 7, Revision 3, dated February 16, 1982. Revision 5 makes changes to the plan to delete sec-tions and text associated with the Unit 2 construction phase. Also in Revision 5 the screening measures applied to new employees has been in-corporated into Section 1.3.1.3. Enclosed with Revision 5 is a listing of all the changes made and the reason for the change. This list should be helpful in your review of these changes.
These changes have been made in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p) and this submittal constitutes the required report.
