6 11-8-90 23 N/A Section 2.2.2, deletion of old Crucial Task 28 (receipt of telephone bomb threat): change l reflects current Plant practices. Security personnel no longer operate the Plant phone system on backshifts and very few Security officers actually have telephone responsibilities. General, incoming phone calls are routed through a non Security operator at all times. A bomb threat form is attached to the site phone directory which is distributed Plant wide. Plant personnel, as well as Security personnel, receive instructions as to the appropriate actions to take regarding telephone bomb threats in annual General Employee Training. Consequently, a separate crucial task for Security personnel was determined to be redundant. Security personnel retain the responsibility for investigating and resolving g i.
