Section 330, NOTICE OF HEARING ON FINAL FEE APP FOR REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS AND BROKERS CASE NO. 01-30923 DM 1 for services rendered and costs advanced in the amounts set forth in Exhibit A. The 2 Application is supported by the Declaration of Barbara Gordon (the "Gordon Declaration")

3 including the declarations of real estate appraisers and brokers which were attached to the 4 Gordon Declaration ("Appraiser/Broker Declarations"), filed concurrently with the 5 Application on July 9, 2004, and the Supplemental Declaration of Barbara Gordon (the 6 "Supplemental Gordon Declaration"), filed on July 30, 2004. The Appraiser/Broker 7 Declarations were executed by the various real estate appraisers and brokers, describing the 8 date of their employment, the type of work they were appointed to perform, a narrative 9 description of the services performed, and the amount of payments received for services and 10 reimbursement of expenses from the commencement of this case through the Effective Date.
