The application seeks to amend Sections 5.2.2, 0.9. l(c) , and 5.9.2(a) of the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A of Facility Operating License No. DPR-40 to formally incor-porate administrative changes regarding implementation of NUREG-0737 Items I.A.l.3.1 (limit overtime for key plant personnel) and II.K.3.3 (reporting failures and challenges to pressurizer PORV or safety valves).
