Dear Mr. Anders:
At my request WKYC-TV,which recently produced a special program regarding nuclear safety entitled "The Cleveland Conhection", has furnished me with the enclosed summary of that program. I would appreciate receiving your evaluation of the allegations made in the summary with respect to the conduct of the parties involved and the activities of your agency. Also, I would appreciate your views on whether these alleged deficiencies could be symptomatic of more serious problems presently existing in nuclear power plants.
In addition to the enclosed summary, WKYC-TV furnished a .'ide:tmpe of the program. I will be glad to forward the tape if you desire.
Since there is considerable interest in this matter I would appreciate your early reply.
