0n May 27, 19 81, Texas Utilities Generating Company, et al., filed their answer to CFUR's motion to compel concerning CFUR's second set of intbrrogatories to Applicants. . In the interest of expediting the already protracted discovery process
-(rather- than in recognition that CFUR's interrogatories are con-sistent with the NRC Rules of Practice) the Applicants indicated their intent to provide CFUR with a lisii of the names and affil-iations of the principal individuals involved in the rock overbreak and fissure repair -activities at the Comanche Peak facility.
