In our letter AEP:NRC:0659J, dated December 1, 1986, we submitted an application for an amendment to Technical Specification (T/S) 6.0 concerning Administrative Controls. Pursuant to discussions with your staff, we have decided to withdrawal the application. Thus, the purpose of this letter is to formally request withdrawal of our December 1, 1986 application for amendment to the D. C. Cook Nuclear Plant Unit Nos. 1 and 2 T/S 6.0.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
