VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 1986 HOURLY METEOROLOGICAL DATA TAPE This letter confirms our transmittal of the standard label tape of Surry meteorological data for 1986, which you requested December 16, 1987. The information is recorded in the format specified in our subsequent telephone conversation on December 17, 1987. The tape is defined as follows:
File Name - T.SURRY86 Vol Ser# - 212516 Record Format - Fixed Block Record Length - 160 Blocksize - 3200 Standard Label Density - 1600 BPI The data fields formatted are identifier, year, Julian day, hour, upper measurement level, upper wind direction, upper wind speed, upper sigma theta, lower measurement level, lower wind direction, lower wind speed, lower sigma theta, ambient temperature, temperature differential, and precipitation. An excerpt from the printout is enclosed as an example.
