Dear Mr. Bryner,
I would like to acknowledge the contributions of the following National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) staff to the U.S. NRCs recent high energy arcing fault test series, held in September of 2018:

Mr. Scott Bareham Mr. Christopher Brown Mr. Philip Deardorff Dr. Eric Link Mr. Ed Hnetkovsky Every member of the NIST team displayed an exceptional level of dedication and skill in their work. This project presented a number of unique challenges, and the NIST staff went above and beyond to ensure its success. From the meticulous preparation of the instrumentation to the long hours in the test facility, the high caliber of the team was evident.
I would also like to thank the staff and their supervisors for their support and flexibility. This project required a large team, and staff from a number of different groups at NIST set aside their normal work to focus solely on this project for several weeks.
I greatly appreciate the efforts of your staff, and look forward to working with them in the future.
