Enclosed are three (3) signed originals and sixty-seven (67) confomed copies of Amendment No. 29 to Consumers Power Company's application for construction permits and operating licenses for Units 1 and 2 of the proposed Midland Plant. Amendment No. 29 modifies the PSAR to reflest a number of miscellaneous design rhanges.

Maslowski, Assistant Attorney General of the State of Michigan; Mr. Raymond A. VanSteenhouse, Chairman of the County Board of Comissioners of Midland County, Michigan; Mr. Robert B. Chatterton, Supervisor of Midland Township, Midland County, Michigan; and Mr. Gene W. Holthofer, Payor of the City of Midland. A certificate of service on Mr. VanSteenhouse and Mr. Chatterton is also enclosed.
