Enclosed are three (3) signed originals and eighty-seven (87) conformed copies of Amendment No. 3 to Consumers Power Cc=pany's application for a reactor construction pemit and operating license for Units 1 and 2 of the proposed Midland Plant. Amendment No. 3 consists of a supplement to the Dames & Moore Foundation Investigation report submitted by Amendment No.1 to the application.
Copies of Amendment No. 3 have also been sent to Mr.
Jerome Itaslowski, Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan; Mr. Frank Olds, Chairman of the County Board of Super- i visors of Midland County, Michigan; Mr. Robert B. Chatterton, l Supervisor of Midland Township, Midland County, Michigan; and Mr.
