As documented in my letter to you dated August 11, 1980, TVA ocamitted to make modifications to the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 2 control roe 4. The short-term modifications made to the Sequoyah unit 1 control room before initial oriticality will be complete on the Sequoyah unit 2 control room
' before fuel loading. These short-term modifications are identified in my letter to you dated July 28, 1980.
