Dear Chairman Smith:
Please be advised that we are hereby requesting permission to withdraw the subpoena issued to Mr. Kinter. Our final review of the items.for cross-examination indicated that there were only two items appropriate for Mr. Kinter. By making these items the additional responsibility of Mr. Knoche, we can elimi-nate the need to have Mr. Kinter appear without unduly burdening Mr. Knoche.
I trust this will help expedite this phase of the case, and lessen the inconvenience the licensee might otherwise have experienced.
