In accordance with the above reference, Baltimore Gas and Electric Conrany hereby requests an anendment to its Cuersting Licenses OPR-53 and DPR-69 for Calvert Cliffs Units 1 and 2, respectively, with the submittal of the enclosed proposed chances to the Technical Enecifications.

Attached is a trotosed addition to paragrarh 6.3.1 of the Technical Suscifications. It is consistent with the draft revision to Perulatory Guide 1.8 dated June 19, 1980.
