Dear Sir:
In accordance with the requirements contained in Reference (b) and our commitment as documented in Reference (e), we have completed our re-evaluation of block walls at Vermont Ycnkee. This re-evaluation was performed in accordance with the criteria outlined in Reference (d).
All modifications to block walls shown to be necessary through this effort will be completed by the end of the 1981 refueling outage.
The following information is submitted as an estimate of the manpower expended in the research and response for this Bulletin:
