Switch failed to reset after scram. Conditions Prior to Occurrence: Unit I refueling outage. Unit 2 at 0% Unit 3 at 98% Action spec:fied in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe. _ Ma': surveillance requirements cf technical specifications. Apparent Cause of Occurrence: Float on LS-85-45A disconnected from switch arm. Analysis of Occurrence: There was no danger to the health or safety of the puolic, no release of activity, no damage to the plant or equipment, and no resulting significant chain of events. trrective Action: Switch was replaced, functionally tested and returned to service. Failure Data: BFRO-50-259/ 80051.
