To prevent recurrence of this event, a Shift Supervisor Assistant (SSA) Turnover Checklist will be developed and implemented by l July 1, 1981. In the interim, all SSA's have been instructed by the Ger.eral Supervisor-0perations to complete and sign a Senior Control Room Operator Turnover Checklist prior to relieving the l shift. Additionally, all licensed personnel have been informed of this violation. l
