- Dennis, By letter dated On September 11, 2019 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19226A259), the NRC issued the Draft SE for Topical Report PWROG-17090-NP, Rev. 0, Generic Rotterdam Forging and Weld Initial Upper-Shelf Energy Determination to the PWR Owners Group (PWROG) for review and comment. By letter dated October 7, 2019 (ADAMS Accession No. 19284A400), the PWROG provided its comments on the draft SE associated with PWROG-17090-NP, Revision 0.
In accordance with the guidance in LIC-500, Topical Report Process, Revision 6, the Vessels and Internals Branch (NVIB) Staff has reviewed the PWROG comments on the Draft SE. The NVIB staff finds that all of the PWROGs proposed changes are acceptable for incorporation into the SE. Attached, please find the marked-up version of the Draft SE, which incorporates the PWROG comments, and the NVIB staffs comment resolution table. This email constitutes my approval of the incorporation of the PWROG comments to support issuance of the Final SE for Topical Report PWROG-17090, Rev. 0.
