Dear Mr. Oehlbert:
Enclosed is an application, dated November 6, 2019, and received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, from Mirion Technologies (IST) Corporation, requesting Amendment No. 01 to its export license XCOM1325.
The purpose of the amendment is to revise the address of the ultimate consignee and extend the expiration date of the license from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
There are no changes to the terms and conditions of the existing license being requested.
Therefore, our office is processing this as a minor amendment, and if no comments are received from the public within the 30-day comment period, and it is determined that applicable legal requirements are satisfied, the NRC will issue the license.
Please note that the enclosure includes proprietary information. The NRC will not include this information in the public record, and requests that the Executive Branch agencies protect it as well.
