FORTHCOMING MEETING WITH CLINTON POWER STATION RE: EMERGENCY PLAN CHANGE (TAC NO. ME1727)
DATE & TIME: Monday, December 7, 2009 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 09B6 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting,is to discuss the format for the license amendment request that will supersede the current letter request for approval for a decrease in effectiveness of the Clinton Power Station Emergency Plan.
CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
