RE: Draft Indian point opinion Julie, I have some concern if by "towards the end of that week," you mean Friday close of business. Both Entergy and NRC need time to comment and get back to NMFS in time that NMFS can then incorporate the comments and produce the final. I will be out of the office the week of November 12 to 16, and we have the holiday, which puts some time constraints on our review and your response.
A delay of only a day or two would make little difference, however, and we would be fine with that.
I discussed this with Dara Gray at Entergy, and Entergy's concern is similar to NRC's.

Hi Dennis We are making good progress on internal review of the draft opinion for Indian point - we had told you we would have it to you on oct 22 but it is looking like it will be more towards the end of that week.
