NRC STAFFS NOTICE OF DEPOSITION Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.706(a) of the Commissions Regulations, the Staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) hereby notices that it will take deposition of Michael Leisure from Tuesday, August 8, 2006, at 4:00 PM until completion of the deposition.

The deposition will take pace at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, 5501 North State Route 2, Oak Harbor, Ohio 43449. The deposition will continue from day-to-day until completion.
