DPR-06 Consumers Energy Company, Entergy Nuclear Palisades, LLC, and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., Docket No. 50-155, Big Rock Point Facility, Charlevoix County, Michigan Date of application for amendment: October 31, 2006 Brief description of amendment: The license amendment reflects the changes in ownership and operating authority for the Big Rock Facility and its Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation.
Date of issuance: April 11, 2007 Effective date: As of the date of issuance.
Amendment No.: 127 Facility Operating License No. DPR-06: The license amendment reflects the changes in ownership and operating authority for the Big Rock Facility and its Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation.
Date of initial notice in FEDERAL REGISTER: January 30, 2007 (72 FR 4302-4303). The Commission's related evaluation of the amendment is contained in a safety evaluation report dated April 6, 2007, which is accessible to members of the public through ADAMS (Accession Number ML070920385).
