The purpose of this modification is to revise the Plant LRA schedule by adding Prairie Island to the schedule at no additional cost to the government. Therefore, 4.0 SCOPE OF WORK, paragraph two is revised as shown on page two of this modification.

GS10F0092J DR-03-06-050 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 Addendum to Enclosure 2- Statement of Work DR-03-06-050 JCN J-3314 Technical Assistance for Safety Review of License Renewal Applications This addendum serves to modify the scope of work to include an additional plant, Prairie Island.
The contractor shall perform LRA audit and review activities, as described in the following tasks, for this additional plant. As a result, during the contract period of performance, the contractor shall perform LRA audit and review activities for a total of four (4) nuclear power plant license renewal applications (LRAs).
