Mail a document entitled "Supple-ment No. 6 to Application for Licenses" in one volume pertain-ing to the Florida Power 6c Light Company Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Units Nos. 3 and 4, and further that this document was properly stamped and addressed to The Honorable Porter W.
